Course Description- Behaviour management in the early years is about understanding, not control. This course helps early educators recognise behaviour as communication and respond with clarity, calm, and confidence. You will learn practical strategies to manage common classroom challenges such as tantrums, aggression, defiance, transitions, and attention-seeking behaviour—without relying on punishment. The course also strengthens teacher self-regulation, enabling educators to stay composed under pressure and maintain a balanced, emotionally safe classroom environment.

Course Summary- In the fast-paced world of early childhood education, "behavior management" is often the biggest source of teacher stress. This course shifts the focus from controlling children to guiding them. You will learn to decode behavior as communication, design environments that prevent meltdowns, and use positive reinforcement to build lifelong social-emotional skills.
